Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 ½ cups) – Classic, buttery base.

  • Granulated Sugar (¼ cup) – Adds a touch of sweetness.

  • Melted Butter (6 tbsp) – Holds everything together.

For the Cream Cheese Filling:

  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened) – The rich and creamy star of the pie.

  • Powdered Sugar (½ cup) – Creates a smooth texture.

  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) – Adds warmth and depth.

  • Heavy Whipping Cream (½ cup, whipped to stiff peaks) – Makes the filling light and fluffy.

For the Strawberry Topping:

  • Fresh Strawberries (2 cups, sliced) – Juicy and naturally sweet.

  • Strawberry Jam (¼ cup, warmed) – Helps create a glossy finish.

  • Lemon Juice (1 tbsp) – Adds a bright, fresh touch.


Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides.

  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

  4. Spread the filling evenly into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Step 3: Make the Strawberry Topping

  1. Toss sliced strawberries with lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. Warm the strawberry jam slightly in the microwave and drizzle over the strawberries.

  3. Arrange the strawberries on top of the chilled pie.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

Chill for another 30 minutes, then slice and serve!

Optional Add-Ons

 

  • Chocolate Drizzle – A touch of melted chocolate makes it extra indulgent.

  • Whipped Cream – Pipe some on top for a decorative touch.

Notes

Refrigerate – Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
