Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy, delicious dessert that combines the flavors of creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberries, and buttery cake in one simple, no-fuss recipe. Just layer the ingredients, bake, and enjoy a warm, gooey treat that’s perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • Strawberry Pie Filling (1 can, 21 oz)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Sugar (¼ cup)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
  • Yellow or White Cake Mix (1 box)
  • Butter (½ cup, melted)
  • Milk (¼ cup)
  • Fresh Strawberries (for garnish, optional)
  • Whipped Cream (for topping, optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Layer the Strawberry Filling

Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.

3. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Dollop spoonfuls over the strawberry filling and gently spread.

4. Add the Cake Mix

Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cheesecake layer—do not mix.

5. Pour the Butter & Milk

Drizzle melted butter and milk evenly over the top of the dry cake mix. This will help it bake into a golden, buttery crust.

6. Bake the Cake

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

7. Serve & Enjoy

Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Use Cold Cream Cheese: If you want more cheesecake chunks instead of blending into the cake.
  • Don’t Stir the Layers: Dump cakes bake best when layered, not mixed.
  • For a Crunchy Topping: Add chopped pecans or almonds on top before baking.
