- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
Step 1: Season the Salmon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil and coat it evenly with the spice mixture.
Step 2: Cook the Salmon
- If Baking: Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- If Using a Skillet: Heat the skillet and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, squeeze lime juice over the salmon and let it rest for a few minutes. Use a fork to gently break the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and chili powder. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 4: Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Layer each tortilla with shredded cabbage, salmon pieces, diced tomatoes, and avocado.
- Drizzle with the yogurt-lime sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus flavor. Enjoy them warm with your favorite sides!
