Description

Crispy, golden, and oh-so-flavorful, these Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a healthier twist on your favorite cheesy snacks. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or even a guilt-free snack, they’re easy to make and packed with irresistible flavors that will have everyone reaching for more!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional dip: Ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Step 2: Add the Parmesan

  1. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again to coat. Make sure each floret is well covered for maximum flavor.

Step 3: Roast the Cauliflower

  1. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure there’s space between the florets to help them roast evenly.
  2. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender-crisp.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  1. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor.
  3. Serve warm with your favorite dip, if desired.

Notes

  • Dry the Cauliflower: After washing, pat the florets dry to ensure they roast instead of steaming.
  • Use Fresh Parmesan: Grated fresh Parmesan melts and crisps better than pre-packaged varieties.
  • For Extra Crunch: Sprinkle a small amount of panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan over the florets before roasting.
