  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/21 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet to ensure even cooking and crispiness.

Step 2: Season and Bake the Wings

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well coated.
  2. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.

Step 3: Make the Hot Honey Peach Glaze

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the peach preserves, honey, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is smooth and heated through (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4: Toss Wings in the Glaze

  1. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
