Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Add the honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Whisk until well combined.

Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

Step 4: Add Mix-Ins and Bake
6. If using mix-ins, gently fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
