Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 6-inch cake pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Mix the Batter:
In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, eggs, cornstarch, and honey (if using) until smooth and well combined.
3. Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4. Cool & Serve:
