Description

If you’re looking for a light, healthy, and delicious dessert with minimal ingredients, this Healthy 4-Ingredient Yogurt Cake is perfect! It’s soft, slightly tangy, and naturally sweet—ideal for a guilt-free treat. Plus, it’s super easy to make!


Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt (1 ½ cups) – Adds creaminess and natural sweetness.
  • Eggs (3 large) – Helps bind the cake and gives it structure.
  • Cornstarch (¼ cup) – Creates a light and fluffy texture.
  • Honey or Maple Syrup (2 tbsp, optional) – Adds a touch of natural sweetness.

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 6-inch cake pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. Mix the Batter:
In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, eggs, cornstarch, and honey (if using) until smooth and well combined.

3. Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

4. Cool & Serve:
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
