Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites:

  • Garlic Powder (½ tsp) – Deepens the garlicky goodness.

  • Heavy Cream (1 cup) – Makes the sauce rich and creamy.
  • Parmesan Cheese (¾ cup, grated) – Melts into a velvety texture.
  • Chicken Broth (½ cup) – Adds depth to the sauce.

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken

  1. In a mixing bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter sauce, then remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
