Instructions
Step 1: Make the Marinara Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
Step 2: Prepare the Breading Station
- In one bowl, place flour.
- In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Bread the Ravioli
