Instructions

Step 1: Make the Batter

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar (if using), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to ensure tender crepes.

Step 2: Cook the Crepes
3. Heat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it evenly into a thin layer.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
6. Flip the crepe carefully and cook the other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Transfer to a plate.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes as you go.

Step 3: Assemble the Crepes
8. Spread a thin layer of Nutella over one side of each crepe.
9. Add sliced strawberries and bananas over the Nutella.
10. Fold the crepe in half, then fold again into a triangle or roll it up.
