- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
Topping (optional):
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes for a firmer crust. Let cool.
Step 2: Make the Cream Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Pie
- Spread half of the cream filling evenly over the prepared crust.
- Arrange the peach slices over the cream layer. Reserve a few slices for garnish if desired.
- Top with the remaining cream filling, spreading it evenly over the peaches.
Step 4: Add the Finishing Touches
- Garnish the top with the reserved peach slices or whipped cream.
- For extra flavor, mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it over the top.
Step 5: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled for a refreshing treat.

- Fresh or Canned? Fresh peaches are ideal for this recipe, but canned peaches work wonderfully in a pinch.
