Description

Looking for a high-protein, crunchy, and delicious snack? These Cottage Cheese Chips are the perfect guilt-free treat! Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re crispy, cheesy, and packed with protein—perfect for dipping, snacking, or adding to your charcuterie board.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (1 cup, blended until smooth)
  • Parmesan cheese (¼ cup, optional for extra crispiness)
  • Garlic powder (½ tsp)
  • Onion powder (½ tsp)
  • Black pepper (¼ tsp, optional)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Paprika or chili flakes (¼ tsp, optional for spice)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Baking Sheet

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

2. Blend the Cottage Cheese

  • In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend again until combined.

3. Shape the Chips

  • Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading them thinly into small circles (about 2 inches wide).
  • Use the back of a spoon to even them out.

4. Bake Until Crispy

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  • If needed, flip them halfway through for extra crunch.

5. Cool & Enjoy!

  • Let the chips cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper.
  • Serve with hummus, guacamole, salsa, or enjoy them on their own!

Notes

  • Store: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat: If they soften, bake for 5 minutes at 300°F (150°C) to crisp them up again.
