Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (1 cup, blended until smooth)
- Parmesan cheese (¼ cup, optional for extra crispiness)
- Garlic powder (½ tsp)
- Onion powder (½ tsp)
- Black pepper (¼ tsp, optional)
- Salt (to taste)
- Paprika or chili flakes (¼ tsp, optional for spice)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Baking Sheet
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Blend the Cottage Cheese
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend again until combined.
3. Shape the Chips
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading them thinly into small circles (about 2 inches wide).
- Use the back of a spoon to even them out.
4. Bake Until Crispy
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- If needed, flip them halfway through for extra crunch.
5. Cool & Enjoy!
- Let the chips cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper.
- Serve with hummus, guacamole, salsa, or enjoy them on their own!
Notes
- Store: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
