  1. I want to start with this…even though mine looks NOTHING like yours, it is really good. Mine was more of a “banana bread” texture. Very flat, too. I followed the directions exact – except one thing…I used egg whites from a carton. Probably the reason I failed??? Anyway, not giving up. I will try again. Like I said, it is delicious. Just the appearance is nothing like a loaf of bread, like yours is.
