Description

If you love spreading something sweet, creamy, and absolutely irresistible on warm toast, pancakes, or biscuits, then this Cinnamon Honey Butter is for you! With just a few ingredients, you can whip up a smooth and flavorful butter that adds a cozy touch to any breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter (1 cup, softened) – The creamy base of this spread.
  • Honey (¼ cup) – Adds natural sweetness and a smooth texture.
  • Powdered Sugar (¼ cup) – Helps create a silky, spreadable consistency.
  • Ground Cinnamon (1½ tsp) – The star spice that brings warmth and depth.
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) – Enhances all the flavors beautifully.
  • Salt (⅛ tsp, optional) – A tiny pinch to balance the sweetness.

Instructions

Step 1: Whip the Butter

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).

Step 2: Add the Flavorings

  • Add honey, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt (if using).
  • Beat again on medium-high speed for about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 3: Check the Texture

  • The butter should be fluffy and well combined. If needed, mix for another 30 seconds to ensure everything is fully incorporated.

Step 4: Store & Serve

  • Transfer the cinnamon honey butter to an airtight container or jar.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or at room temperature for up to 2 days if serving soon.

Notes

  • Use room temperature butter – This makes it easier to whip into a fluffy texture.
  • Adjust sweetness – Add more honey or powdered sugar to taste.
  • For extra smoothness – Sift the powdered sugar before adding it.
  • Make it dairy-free – Use a dairy-free butter alternative like coconut oil or plant-based butter.
