Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours or overnight. This helps firm up the dough and enhances the crinkle effect.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, then coat generously in powdered sugar. Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the tops crack and the edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
