Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce

In a bowl, mix together parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Stir well and set aside to let the flavors blend.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Step 3: Toss in Chimichurri
