Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the chicken slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Toss in the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Add the cabbage and cook for another minute.
Step 5: Add the Noodles & Sauce
Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Add the cooked chow mein noodles and pour in the prepared sauce. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 2 more minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
Step 6: Garnish & Serve
Remove from heat and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!

- Use Fresh Noodles: Look for fresh chow mein noodles at an Asian grocery store for the best texture.
