- 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley (optional, for mushrooms)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken Sausages
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Add the chicken sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
Step 2: Sauté the Mushrooms
- In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil if needed.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, a pinch of salt, and thyme or parsley if using.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Tomatoes
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan, cut side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened and charred. Remove and keep warm.
Step 4: Heat the Beans
- Warm the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Fry the Bread
- Melt butter in the frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the bread slices and fry on each side until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.

- Use your preferred method to cook the eggs: fried, scrambled, or poached. For fried eggs, heat a little butter in a pan and crack the eggs in, cooking until the whites are set but yolks are runny.
