Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cucumbers

Slice the cucumbers thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline.

Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes to draw out excess water.

Pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2: Make the Dressing
